Shipping & Delivery Information

Where we ship

We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international destinations.

Processing and dispatch

In-stock barrel heads are dispatched within 3 business days. Dispatch means the time before your order is handed to the carrier; carrier delivery time is additional. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom barrel heads and made-to-order items require additional production time. We review your artwork or requested design and confirm the production timeframe with you before engraving. The three-business-day dispatch standard for in-stock barrel heads does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.

If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check whether your deadline is achievable.

Shipping charges and delivery

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Available shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout using your selected item or barrel-head size and delivery address. Review the shipping charge before completing payment.

Any carrier delivery estimate is separate from our processing and production time. Carrier delays may affect delivery; an estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Local pickup or delivery

Local pickup or delivery may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged or incorrect, email drewbouza@outlook.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging while we review the issue and help resolve it.
